With a background as a performer he takes a hands on approach to developing learning programmes in dance, supporting the development of professional artists across the region.

In this episode we chat about the risks he and his wife Hannah took in setting up their own place, how skills learnt in dance can be used both in education and in wider life, and how getting out of your bubble and collaborating with other organisations will improve your art, as well the community as a whole.

She has exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition in 2016, won the York Women Mean Business ‘Made’ Award and was a finalist for Best Visual Artist at the York Culture Awards in 2017.
