Richard ‘Bucky’ O’Hare is a UK cinematographer who has worked in the film industry since 2010, working with companies such as Sony, Discovery+, Dulux, Guinness and many more. He co-owns the production company Orillo based in Yorkshire where he’s works on commercials and documentaries - their latest doc, Chasing Tokyo is currently streams on Discovery+. Focusing his narrative work within the horror genre his short film, The Heritage, was released as part of the the anthology series Bite Size Halloween and is currently streaming on Hulu. Currently they have the Ffilm Cymru and BBC Wales funded folk horror short ‘Fisitor’ and the inaugural IHS x FEAR incubator project ‘BODY WORN VIDEO’ screening at festivals world wide and a number of other shorts about to start their run. Bucky has their two horror debut feature films releasing in 2025 along with a number of other shorts also being released.
