Bio

I’m a writer, editor and creative producer from the south coast of Wales, now based in York.

I’ve published numerous pieces and stories, and my debut essay collection, Seaglass, is out in May 2024 with Calon Books.

I have seven years experience in content, publishing and audio, as well as programme producing for New Writing North.

With an English degree from Durham University and a Creative Writing Masters from the University of Manchester, I’ve spent lots of time in the north of England and am now a freelancer with a varied portfolio, focused on supporting regional voices in the UK publishing scene.

As an editor I specialise in narrative non-fiction, short forms and the development of expert/academic research for trade book publication.

I also produce podcasts, and can take on audio projects right through from conception to distribution, with industry-standard recording equipment and editing knowledge.
